"Happy Ville"
A picture book based on real people from Chana District, their local wisdom and activist works with structure, concept and some characters from L. Frank Baum’s ‘The Wonderful Wizard of Oz’.
The title is a satire to local government’s document stating citizens inhabited where ‘(Chana) New Engine of Industrial Zone’ planned to be constructed, would be moved to ‘Happy Ville’. People has been asking for years where this ‘Happy Ville’ locates, there is no answer to date.
